Otaku World is more than a company for us, it's a community. Our first mission is to create a space within UK where passionate anime fans like ourselves can socialise. We are on our way to achieving this with our Japan and Anime events!

Our second mission is to provide licensed merchandise straight from Japan. Anime brings millions of people joy, support and entertainment, we want to be able to give back to the creators. Our vision for Otaku World is vast, we hope you'll join us on this journey.

Yes, once you have ordered your item you will first receive a confirmation email, a tracking number will follow once your order has been packed.

You cannot change an order that has already been shipped. For more information look at our shipping and returns policy.

To change an order that has not yet been shipped contact us as soon as possible. If said order has not shipped, we will be able to refund you your money in full and/or change your order to the item you wanted.

We currently only ship inside of the UK. We are looking to change this asap.
